EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - The biggest Christian music tour known as Winter Jam was back in downtown Evansville on Thursday.
A line of fans started forming around 8 a.m.
Several families drove across the Tri-State to see this concert. Many of the concertgoers were excited to see Jeremy Camp and Anne Wilson perform.
One fan that waited early Thursday morning says she’s attended Winter Jam for 12 years and has never been disappointed. She says it’s been a great family activity that connects them to other fans of the music.
”It started out as just me and my daughter coming and then my husband ended up joining and going with us, and now my grandkids are joining in,” said Charity Norman, who waited in line on Thursday since 8 a.m. “It’s kind of like a tradition, and like I said, we have just built a big, happy family. It’s amazing. We sit out here, we eat lunch, just have a little pre-party before the party.”
